These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DooDashers website and pet waste removal services. By booking services with DooDashers (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms.
Services
DooDashers provides residential pet waste removal services, including one-time cleanups and recurring weekly or bi-weekly services. Service details, pricing, and schedules are agreed upon at the time of booking.
Scheduling, Access & Arrival Notifications
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area on the scheduled service day. This includes unlocked gates and secured pets.
Arrival Notifications
By default, clients will receive a text message approximately 60 minutes prior to technician arrival.
Clients may request alternative notification preferences when available (such as 15, 30, or 60 minutes prior).
Notification timing is an estimate and may vary slightly due to routing, traffic, or weather.
DooDashers may use automated systems to send arrival reminders and service updates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Missed Access / Dog Loose Policy
If our technician is unable to safely access the service area due to:
Locked gates
Unsecured or loose pets
Aggressive animals
Unsafe yard conditions
Any other access restriction
The visit may be skipped and considered completed for that billing cycle.
Missed visits due to access issues are not eligible for refunds or credits.
If access issues occur repeatedly, DooDashers reserves the right to suspend or cancel service.
Pets
All pets must be secured away from the service area during service visits. DooDashers is not responsible for pets that are loose, aggressive, or interfere with service.
For safety reasons, technicians will not enter yards with unsecured pets present.
Completion Notifications & Photo Proof
Upon completion of service, DooDashers may send a completion text or email, which may include a photo showing the closed and latched gate or a clean yard view.
Completion notifications are provided for customer transparency and peace of mind.
Payments
Payment is required for all services.
One-time services may require payment prior to or on the day of service.
Recurring services are billed automatically unless otherwise arranged.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. DooDashers does not store or have access to full credit or debit card details.
Subscription & Auto-Billing (Recurring Services)
By signing up for weekly or bi-weekly service, you authorize DooDashers to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis through Stripe.
Charges occur according to your selected service schedule.
Subscriptions continue until paused or canceled.
You may update payment information, pause, or cancel service by contacting us prior to your next billing date.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension of service.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of pet waste removal services, refunds are generally not provided once service has been completed.
However:
If you are dissatisfied with a service visit, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, which may include a re-service at our discretion.
Missed visits due to lack of access, unsecured pets, unsafe conditions, or weather-related delays are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations & Pauses
One-time service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Recurring services may be paused or canceled with advance notice prior to the next scheduled billing date.
Requests made after a billing cycle has begun may apply to the following cycle.
Weather & Safety
Service may be delayed or skipped due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, DooDashers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule service.
Yard Conditions
DooDashers removes visible pet waste but is not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions, lawn damage, parasites, odors, or issues that existed prior to service. While routine cleanup improves yard health, results may vary.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service visit, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
Limitation of Liability
DooDashers’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law (Texas)
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Website Use
All website content is the property of DooDashers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Changes to Terms
DooDashers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
